nJob Summary
nWe are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Fast Formula, Oracle HCM integrations, SQL/PLSQL, and HCM technical solutions.
nThe candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, with a primary focus on Fast Formula development and complex HR business rules. The role will involve working closely with functional teams and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

nOracle HCM Technical

- Design, develop, and support technical solutions in Oracle HCM Cloud.n
- Work across Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, and related modules.n




- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.n
- Develop technical specifications, solution designs, and integration documents.n
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide production support.n

nFast Formula Development

- Develop, customize, and maintain Oracle HCM Fast Formulas based on business requirements.n
- Create complex Rapid Formulas for:n
- Payroll calculationsn
- Absence and leave eligibilityn
- Compensationn
- Benefitsn
- Validation and defaulting rulesn
- Eligibility profilesn
- Assignment and employee-related business rulesn
- Debug and troubleshoot Fast Formula errors and calculation issues.n
- Optimize existing formulas for performance and maintainability.n
- Work with functional consultants to understand requirements and translate them into appropriate Fast Formula logic.n
- Perform unit testing and support SIT/UAT for Fast Formula changes.n
