nJob Summary
nWe are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Fast Formula, Oracle HCM integrations, SQL/PLSQL, and HCM technical solutions .
nThe candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, with a primary focus on Quick Formula development and complex HR business rules . The role will involve working closely with functional teams and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

nOracle HCM Technical

- Design, develop, and support technical solutions in Oracle HCM Cloud .n
- Work across Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent , and related modules.n




- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.n
- Develop technical specifications, solution designs, and integration documents.n
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide production support.n

nFast Formula Development

- Develop, customize, and maintain Oracle HCM Fast Formulas based on business requirements.n
- Create complex Fast Formulas for:n
- Payroll calculationsn
- Absence and leave eligibilityn
- Compensationn
- Benefitsn
- Validation and defaulting rulesn
- Eligibility profilesn
- Assignment and employee-related business rulesn
- Debug and troubleshoot Fast Formula errors and calculation issues.n
- Optimize existing formulas for performance and maintainability.n
- Work with functional consultants to understand requirements and translate them into appropriate Fast Formula logic.n
- Perform unit testing and support SIT/UAT for Fast Formula changes.n
