Job OverviewnWe are looking for a passionate and target-driven B2C Sales Executive with experience in the Travel and Visa industry . The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting directly with customers, understanding their travel and visa requirements, providing suitable solutions, and converting leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilitiesn

- Handle and convert inbound and outbound customer leads.n
- Understand customer requirements related to visa, travel packages, and other travel services .n
- Provide appropriate solutions and guide customers through the sales process.n
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers to maximise conversions.n
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.n
- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a positive customer experience.n
- Coordinate with the operations and support teams for smooth processing and service delivery.n




- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.n
- Handle customer queries and objections effectively to drive conversions.n
- Stay updated with visa requirements, travel destinations, and company offerings.n

Required Skills & Qualificationsn

- Minimum 1+ year of experience in B2C Sales , preferably in the Travel, Tourism, Visa, or Immigration industry .n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.n
- Robust sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.n
- Experience in handling customer leads and achieving sales targets.n
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.n
- Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.n
- Basic knowledge of visa processes and travel services will be preferred.n
- Experience with CRM tools and MS Office is an added advantage.n
