nBrainware University is expanding its AI Research & Development Cell and is looking for talented individuals who can analyze data deeply, identify meaningful patterns, generate actionable insights and support better Institutional decisions . This is not a routine Reporting role. It is an opportunity to work on high-impact assignments connected to Admissions, Academics, Finance, Placements, Pre-Placements and Institutional strategy while contributing to a quick-moving data-driven decision-support workplace.

nWhat the role involves:

- Leading a team of 2-3 Junior Operations Associates and supporting Decision-Making through Datan
- Eco-System development and Analysing Institutional data from areas such as Admissions, Academics, Finance, Placements, Pre-Placements and Strategyn




- Identifying trends, issues, gaps and opportunities for improvementn
- Preparing Analytical Summaries, Dashboards, Reports and Decision-supporting notesn
- Using AI tools to improve the speed, depth and quality of Data analysis and Interpretationn
- Working with relevant teams to convert data into practical recommendations and measurable Action pointsn
- Researching on upcoming AI opportunities and make recommendations based on data to the Senior Managementn

nDesired profile:

- n
- Masters with 5-7 years of Full-Time Corporate Work experience n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilityn
- Ability to interpret data clearly and convert it into insights and decisionsn
- Familiarity with Excel is essential; exposure to Power BI/Tableau, Python, SQL, Statistics or other Analytical tools would be an advantagen
- Familiarity with AI tools for Data analysis, Interpretatio
