nTeam Pumpkin is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer – Print to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of print design, typography, layouts, colour theory, and production processes. You will work closely with creative directors, copywriters, marketing teams, vendors, and clients to develop high-quality print creatives that effectively communicate brand messages.

nKey Responsibilities
nPrint Design

- Create visually appealing designs for brochures, flyers, leaflets, posters, standees, banners, hoardings, packaging, catalogues, magazines, invitations, corporate collaterals, and other print materials .n
- Develop creative concepts and layouts based on campaign objectives, brand guidelines, and client requirements.n
- Translate creative briefs and ideas into effective print-ready designs.n

nConcept Development

- Collaborate with creative directors, copywriters, and marketing teams to brainstorm innovative concepts for print campaigns.n
- Develop visual concepts that communicate the intended message while maintaining strong brand identity.n
- Adapt existing digital creatives into suitable print formats where required.n

nPrint Production & Pre-Press

- Prepare artwork according to printer and production specifications.n
- Ensure correct CMYK colour modes, bleed, margins, crop marks, resolution, image quality, and file formats before final submission.n
- Conduct thorough checks for alignment, typography, spelling, image quality, and other production-related details.n
- Coordinate with printers and vendors to resolve artwork and production-related queries.n
- Review proofs and incorporate corrections before final production.n
