- Performance monitoring, tuning, and capacity managementn
- Patch management, OS upgrades, and system migrationsn
- Knowledge of PowerHA (HACMP) clusteringn
- Shell scripting and automationn
- Troubleshooting OS, hardware, and performance-related issuesn
- Experience with server backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processesn
- Good understanding of SAN Storage and connectivityn

- Perform installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades.n
- Manage LPARs, VIOS, NIM, and PowerVM infrastructure.n
- Monitor system health, performance, and availability.n
- Troubleshoot and resolve server-related incidents within SLA.n
- Perform backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities.n
- Support change, incident, and problem management processes.n
- Work closely with application, database, and infrastructure teams.n
