Project Manager – Digital Banking / Wealth / Contact Centre

nWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Digital Transformation, Digital Banking, Wealth and Contact Centre transformation.
n

nThe candidate should have proven experience managing end-to-end implementation of digital initiatives, working with internal, external and business stakeholders, and delivering complex Agile programs.
n

nKey Responsibilities
nLead and deliver multiple Digital Transformation projects from initiation through implementation.
nOwn end-to-end project delivery, including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, issues and stakeholder communication.
nManage internal, external and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
nDrive implementation of Wealth digital experience journeys across Mobile and Web.
nLead implementation of Digital CCT journeys for retail banking customers, preferably with at least 2 full-cycle implementations.




nLead Retail Banking Contact Centre and CCaaS transformation initiatives.
nManage implementation involving Genesys CX Migration or similar Contact Centre platforms.
nCoordinate with product, technology, business, analytics and vendor teams.
nDrive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, execution and delivery.
nLead PI (Program Increment) Planning and ensure alignment across Agile teams.
nTrack project progress, dependencies, risks and delivery milestones.
nEnsure successful implementation and adoption of digital customer journeys.
nMandatory Skills
n8–15 years of experience with robust core Project Management experience.
nProven experience implementing Digital Transformation projects.
nStrong Digital Banking experience.
nExperience implementing Wealth digital journeys across Mobile/Web.
nExperience implementing Digital CCT journeys for retail banking customers.
nAt least 2 full-cycle Digital CCT i
