• Bachelor's degree in Engineering ((Preferred, other majors also would be acceptable upon evaluation of experience)
• Over 15 years experience in EPC Project (Oil, Gas, Petrochemical, De-bottlenecking)
• Min. 10 years experiences in KSA projects
• Min. 10 years experiences dedicated QA/QC experience in EPC project
• Proven experience in major Petrochemical / Oil & Gas EPC projects, preferably with a Main EPC Contractor.
• Saudi Arabia/GCC project experience is preferred.
• Robust knowledge of ISO 9001 QMS and EPC quality requirements.
• Experience in managing Engineering, Procurement/Vendor, and Construction QA/QC activities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with fluent English proficiency.
• CQI and IRCA Certified ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor or equivalent internationally recognized Lead Auditor qualification is highly preferred.
• Previous experience working with Korean EPC contractors on major overseas projects is preferred.d
