Required Skills and Qualifications
n• Robust hands-on knowledge of IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM) , preferably including legacy versions.
n• Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language, such as Python or Java .
n• Ability to analyze existing configurations, troubleshoot technical issues, and support solution development and integration activities.
n• Strong technical documentation skills, including the ability to prepare:
nTraining materials
nKnowledge-transfer documents
nConfiguration guides
nStandard operating procedures
nTechnical runbooks
n• Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to conduct technical training and knowledge-transfer sessions.
nPreferred Skills

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID , including application onboarding, authentication, SSO, and identity integration concepts.n
- Familiarity with IAM technologies, access management processes, and application migration activities.n
- Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.n
