Senior Professional Services Engineer | Accops Systems

nWe are looking for a Senior Professional Services Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in infrastructure, networking, Windows/Linux environments, virtualization, security technologies, and customer-facing solution implementation.

nTechnical Skills – Mandatory
n

- n
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server & Client Operating Systems n
- Hands-on experience in Network/System Administration n
- Strong understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPO), User Profiling & Remote Desktop Services (RDS) n
- Good understanding of Linux OS and fundamentals n
- Strong networking knowledge with experience in troubleshooting and monitoring tools such as Wireshark, Process Monitor, Nmap, DebugView , etc.n
- Experience in Infrastructure Design n
- Hands-on experience in one or more of the following:n
- VDI / Desktop Virtualizationn
- Application Virtualizationn
- Load Balancingn
- VPN, Proxy & Firewallsn
- Secure Gateway technologiesn




- VPN / MFA / IAM / ZTNAn

- Cloud management experiencen
- Experience working with an OEM/Product company in Support, Implementation, or Pre-Salesn
- Scripting knowledge in Bash/Shell and PowerShell n
- Knowledge of Accops / Citrix / VMware productsn

nKey Responsibilities

- Coordinate with customers to design, deploy and roll out Accops solution suites as per the agreed Statement of Work (SoW)n
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders n
- Drive effective 360-degree communication throughout project executionn
- Manage and coordinate SoW changes with customers and Product Engineering teamsn
- Drive projects from implementation through rollout and completion , ensuring project objectives and success criteria are achievedn
- Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneouslyn
- Plan project execution, track progress and ensure timely
