Job Title: Senior Executive – Compliance

Key Responsibilities & Skills

/n

1. Core Statutory Compliance Knowledge (Must-Have)

/n

Solid hands-on experience in Indian labour laws and statutory compliance, including:

/n

/n
- PF (Provident Fund) – ECR filing, UAN activation, withdrawals, inspections
/n
- ESIC – Registration, contribution, returns, benefits handling
/n
- PT (Professional Tax) – State-wise compliance and return filing
/n
- Statutory returns
/n
- LWF (Labour Welfare Fund) – Applicability and filings
/n
- Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, and Shops & Establishments Act
/n

/n

2. Practical Compliance Handling

/n

/n
- End-to-end statutory remittance and return filing
/n
- Handling statutory notices, inspections, and audits
/n
- Liaising with government departments (EPFO, ESIC, Labour Office)
/n
- Maintaining compliance calendars and ensuring adherence to statutory due dates
/n

/n

3. Payroll & CTC Understanding

/n

/n
- Strong understanding of salary structures and CTC components
/n




- Knowledge of statutory deductions, including PF, ESIC, PT, and TDS
/n
- Experience in payroll processing and validation
/n

/n

4. Team Coordination

/n

/n
- Coordinating with team members to ensure timely completion of compliance activities
/n
- Monitoring assigned tasks and maintaining accuracy in deliverables
/n
- Supporting junior team members whenever required
/n

/n

5. Client & Stakeholder Management

/n

/n
- Handling multiple client accounts
/n
- Conducting review calls and resolving client queries
/n
- Managing escalations and ensuring SLA adherence
/n

/n

6. Documentation & Reporting

/n

/n
- Preparing MIS reports
/n
- Maintaining compliance trackers
/n
- Managing audit documentation and statutory records
/n
- Supporting SOP creation and process improvement initiatives
/n

/n

7. System & Technical Skills

/n

/n
- Experience with payroll/compliance software (GreytHR, Keka, Saral, etc.)
/n
- Proficiency in MS
