nWe are looking for a Senior Professional Services Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in infrastructure, networking, Windows/Linux environments, virtualization, security technologies, and customer-facing solution implementation.
nTechnical Skills – Mandatory

- Strong knowledge of Windows Server & Client Operating Systemsn
- Hands-on experience in Network/System Administrationn
- Strong understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPO), User Profiling & Remote Desktop Services (RDS)n
- Good understanding of Linux OS and fundamentalsn
- Strong networking knowledge with experience in troubleshooting and monitoring tools such as Wireshark, Process Monitor, Nmap, DebugView, etc.n
- Experience in Infrastructure Designn
- Hands-on experience in one or more of the following:n
- VDI / Desktop Virtualizationn
- Application Virtualizationn
- Load Balancingn
- VPN, Proxy & Firewallsn
- Secure Gateway technologiesn
- VPN / MFA / IAM / ZTNAn

- Coordinate with customers to design, deploy and roll out Accops solution suites as per the agreed Statement of Work (SoW)n
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholdersn
- Drive effective 360-degree communication throughout project executionn
- Manage and coordinate SoW changes with customers and Product Engineering teamsn
- Drive projects from implementation through rollout and completion, ensuring project objectives and success criteria are achievedn
