Role Overview

We are seeking a
highly accomplished Client Services leader to drive strategic client
engagements, business growth, and delivery excellence across large-scale
technology and digital transformation programs.

This role requires a
unique blend of business consulting expertise, commercial acumen, relationship
management, and technology services experience. The ideal candidate will serve
as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, identify growth opportunities,
and translate business challenges into impactful technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Account Ownership & Growth
- Own and manage strategic
client relationships across assigned accounts.
- Develop and execute account
growth plans focused on retention, expansion, and revenue growth.
- Achieve revenue, renewal, and
account growth targets.
- Drive upsell and cross-sell




opportunities across existing client portfolios.
- Create compelling business
cases and value propositions that demonstrate measurable ROI.

Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary strategic
partner for client executives and senior business stakeholders.
- Build and nurture long-term
relationships with CXOs and key decision-makers.
- Develop a deep understanding
of clients' business objectives, challenges, and growth priorities.
- Partner with clients to
define transformation roadmaps and technology-led business solutions.
- Ensure high levels of
customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth.

Delivery Oversight & Governance
- Provide executive oversight
for project delivery, ensuring quality, timeline, and budget adherence.
- Work closely with delivery
leaders and project managers to ensure successful execution.
- Review project plans, effort
estimates, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Drive governance
