What would you do? • We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Associate Manager to lead Collections operations within the Order-to-Cash (O2C) function.

• This role is responsible for driving collection performance,



reducing overdue receivables, improving cash flow, managing customer relationships, and leading a high-performing team.

• The Associate Manager will ensure compliance with company policies, support continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize working capital performance
What are we looking for? • • Experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Order-to-Cash operations.
• • People management experience in a shared service, global operations, or BPO environment.
• • Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP or SAP S, 4HANA
• • Strong knowledge of Collections, Credit Management, Cash Application, Billing, and Dispute Resolution processes.
