Job Description
- Define and execute a multi-year enterprise AI strategy.
- Build and manage an AI portfolio aligned to business priorities.
- Establish AI governance, responsible AI frameworks and controls.
- Drive production deployment, adoption and value realisation of AI solutions.
- Partner with business, technology, risk and analytics teams to scale impact.
The Successful Applicant
- 10-15 years of experience across AI, analytics or digital transformation.
- Proven experience leading enterprise AI or analytics programmes.
- Robust exposure to BFSI, banking, NBFC, fintech or consulting sectors.
- Track record of taking AI initiatives from concept to production.
- Ability to influence CXO stakeholders and drive organisational adoption.
