nRole Overview
nThis is a high-ownership, high-visibility role for individuals with exceptional academic credentials and a proven ability to conceptualize, structure, and execute complex initiatives at speed.
nYou will work directly with the Founders ,



acting as a force multiplier , driving critical projects across strategy, operations, technology, GTM, transformation, and governance . The role requires comfort with ambiguity, sharp problem-solving, strong stakeholder management, and an obsession with outcomes.

nKey Responsibilities
n1. Strategy & Business Transformation

- Work with the Founders to define, structure, and execute strategic priorities across businesses, functions, and geographiesn
- Break down ambiguous problem statements into explicit hypotheses, execution roadmaps, and measurable outcomes n
- Drive enterprise-level transformation initiatives across operations, supply chain, sales, digital, and financen

n2. Execution & Program Ownership

- Own end-to-end execution of high-impact initiatives from concept to rolloutn
- Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and outcomes with extreme execution dis
