1. Overview and knowledge about the product
2. Factory related Statutory requirements
3. Negotiating skills and Influencing
4. Positive understanding of the psychological characteristics of employee groups and individuals
5. Expertise in Union Negotiations with prior experience of signing Long-Term settlement.
6. In-depth knowledge of IMS standards
7. In-depth understanding of plant context to carry out administrative activities / decision making related to employee benefits (transport, canteen, uniform), gardening, housekeeping, Security, DIMH
8. Contract Labor Management
9. Liaison with government authorities: CGWA, Pollution Control, CPCB, Labour Commissionerate, District Admin. & Police
10. Understanding of effluents and waste management system
