Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

-
Operate and manage Injection Moulding Machines efficiently and ensure smooth production flow.

Execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans as per requirements.

Assist the Production Manager in implementing corrective and preventive actions based on IPC test results and customer complaints.

-
Coordinate with area supervisors and other departments to ensure all related activities run smoothly.

-
Check and maintain all production documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

-
Monitor process control and maintain documentation for all production activities.

-
Ensure effective GMP implementation and maintain housekeeping standards in the plastic molding area.

-
Identify opportunities for cost reduction without deviating from approved systems and processes.

-
Coordinate with the maintenance team for handling machine breakdowns and preventive maintenance.

-
Train machine operators and helpers on processes, safety, and related activities.

Collaborate with QA to maintain the Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR).

Assist the Production Manager with plant upgrades, installation of current equipment, and process enhancements.

Identify and arrange necessary resources required for production activities.

-
Evaluate training needs of workmen and provide relevant training.

-
Use statistical techniques to analyze production data and implement process improvements.

Work in alignment with the company’s values, mission, and vision to achieve operational excellence.

Required Skills & Competencies
