Job summary:

We are looking for a
detail-oriented and organized E-commerce Operations Executive to manage
day-to-day online sales operations for our corporate gifting business. The
candidate will be responsible for order processing, product listings, inventory
coordination, marketplace management, and ensuring smooth customer experience
across online platforms.

Key responsibilities:

Order Management

§ Process
and manage daily online orders

§ Coordinate
with warehouse and dispatch team for timely shipments

§ Track
shipments and resolve delivery issues

§ Handle
returns, replacements, and customer queries.

Marketplace & Website
Management

§ Upload
and update product listings (descriptions, pricing, images)

§ Optimize




product titles and keywords for better visibility.

§ Manage
catalogue updates and seasonal launches.

§ Monitor
product performance and stock availability.

Inventory Coordination

§ Track
stock levels and coordinate with procurement team.

§ Maintain
inventory reports.

§ Prevent
stock-outs and overstock situations.

Customer Support &
Coordination

§ Respond
to customer queries via email/phone/marketplace chat.

§ Coordinate
with sales team for bulk corporate orders.

Reporting & MIS

§ Prepare
daily/weekly sales reports

§ Support
management with data insights.

Requirements
§ Knowledge
on E-Commerce websites.

§ Good
Excel and MS Office skills.

§ Strong
coordination and communication skills.

§ Ability
to multitask and meet deadlines.
