nAbout the Role
n

nWe are looking for an editor who understands that editing is not cutting footage, it is building an experience. You will be cutting 30 to 90 second verticals that have to earn attention in the first second and hold it to the last frame.
n

nThis role is fully remote, but you will work closely with writers, designers, and creative leads on a daily basis.

nWhat You'll Do
n
- n
- Edit short form videos (30 to 90 seconds) for Instagram and YouTube Shortsn




- Build pacing that serves the story, with cuts on beats, on emotion, on energy, and with intentional pausesn
- Source and time b-roll that acts as visual evidence, not fillern
- Maintain a consistent visual language across every edit, including colour, overlays, graphic elements, and transitionsn
- Design and animate typography with clear hierarchy and custom motion rather than presetsn
- Deliver colour-corrected, properly mixed edits (normalised to -14 LUFS) on deadlinen
- Own projects end-to-end, from raw footage to final exportn
