nJob Description / Roles & Responsibilities:
n
- n
- This position is responsible for establishing, planning and running the engineering Cockpit ( IP & Console) system meetings to ensure appropriate cross functional representation and input from all relevant areas.n




- Ensure progression of design quality maturity from initial concept through to final engineering sign-Off (FESO).n
- Establishing and maintain the teamwork plan aligned to vehicle program.n
- Define appropriate engineering targets to meet function, quality and attribute requirements for the Vehicle Program.n
- Develop and maintain the design validation plan (DVP) including both in-house and supplier testing plan and ensure development signoff tests are completed on schedule.n
- Develop System Design Specifications incorporating engineering standards, test procedures and material specifications.n
- Lead Failure Mode Avoidance activities including DFMEA, quality history reviews and DFA/DFM reviews.n
- Ensuring all relevant documentation meets ISO quality standards.n
- Lead the resolution of design, attribute, or packaging incompatibilities through the appropriate cross-functional meetings.n
- Management of Supplier (s) to ensure system/component delivery to vehicle programme timing and attribute targets.n
