Job Description: Workday Functional Consultant – Finance / US Payroll / Absence & Time Tracking / Reporting & Prism Experience Required: 5–20 Years Job Location: Bangalore / Pune / Gurgaon / Noida / Mumbai Shift: Rotational Shift – Noon / Evening / Global Time Zones Modules: Workday Finance, US Payroll, Absence & Time Tracking, Reporting & Prism Analytics What Can You Expect? - Plan and prioritize work across different phases of the Workday implementation, upgrade, and support lifecycle. - Lead or manage Workday implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and production support engagements. - Gather business requirements, perform functional analysis, and translate requirements into scalable Workday solutions. - Configure and support end-to-end Workday business processes based on the relevant functional module. - Support integrations, data conversion, reporting, testing, UAT, go-live, and post-production stabilization. - Work closely with Engagement Managers, Project Managers, technical teams, and client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. - Identify risks,



dependencies, and issues proactively and ensure timely resolution. - Own functional solutioning and provide guidance to junior consultants and team members. Module-Specific Responsibilities: 1. Workday Finance - Configure and support Workday Financial Management processes. - Experience across areas such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Banking, Expenses, Customer Accounts, Supplier Accounts, and Financial Accounting. - Gather requirements and design solutions for financial business processes. - Configure business processes, security, accounting structures, worktags, ledgers, journals, and financial reporting. - Support financial data conversion, reconciliation, testing, and month-end/year-end processes. - Work with integrations and third-party financial systems. - Support Workday releases, enhancements, and production issues. 2.
