About the Role
As the Junior Business Systems & Automation Executive at IIDE's Corporate Office in Lower Parel, you will play a pivotal role in improving how teams and systems work together across the organization. You will build, optimize, and maintain CRM workflows and business automations while supporting reporting, integrations,
and overall data visibility.
This role involves working hands-on with CRM platforms, automation tools, APIs, webhooks, dashboards, and system integrations to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable and reliable system solutions.
What You'll Do
● Business Process & Workflow Optimization:
○ Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and optimization.
○ Understand functional requirements from different teams and translate them into structured system workflows.
○ Continuously review workflows to improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
● CRM & Automation Management:
