The Opportunity

As an HR Specialist within the Employee Life Cycle Management (ELCM) team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional HR services that support employees, managers, and HR teams across global operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the employee experience by ensuring the accurate and efficient execution of Hire-to-Retire processes while maintaining the highest standards of data integrity, compliance, and customer service.
Reporting to the Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing employee lifecycle activities, supporting critical HR operations, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee information. Your work will directly impact employee satisfaction, operational excellence,



and business continuity by ensuring HR processes are executed seamlessly and in accordance with established policies, procedures, and service level agreements.
In this role, you will collaborate with diverse stakeholders across multiple geographies and regulatory environments, gaining exposure to global HR practices and shared services operations. You will have the opportunity to work with HR technologies, contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives, and enhance data quality through reporting and analysis.
