Senior Recruiter – Non-Tech & Tech

We’re looking for a robust and hands-on Senior Recruiter to own mid-level to senior hiring across both Tech and Non-Tech functions.

You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to build high-quality talent pipelines, drive targeted sourcing, and close exceptional candidates.

What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for mid to senior-level roles.
- Lead headhunting, niche sourcing, and passive candidate engagement across Tech and Non-Tech roles.
- Build strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn,



referrals, networking, and creative sourcing strategies.
- Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand hiring needs and define candidate profiles.
- Manage candidate relationships, interviews, offer negotiations, and closures.
- Use ATS platforms, AI-powered sourcing tools, and recruitment data to improve hiring efficiency.
- Mentor junior recruiters or interns and help raise recruitment standards.

What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Strong track record of hiring mid-level to senior talent across Tech and Non-Tech roles.
- Experience in campus hiring, including building and managing relationships with colleges, universities, and placement teams.
- Strong campus engagement skills with the ability to develop long-term relationships with key institutions.
- Exceptional sourcing and headhunting skills with experience engaging passive
