Job Summary

The TRC Executive will be responsible for handling technical complaints, troubleshooting, and customer support related to solar inverters, lithium batteries, lead-acid batteries, and solar installations. The candidate will coordinate with customers, dealers, technicians,



and internal teams to ensure quick issue resolution and high customer satisfaction.

This role is ideal for candidates with technical troubleshooting experience in the solar, electrical, inverter, or battery industry.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding inverter and battery complaints
- Diagnose technical issues through calls, WhatsApp, video support, and remote assistance
- Guide customers and dealers with installation checks and basic troubleshooting
- Support field technicians and service engineers in issue resolution
- Resolve issues related to:
- Solar inverters
- Lithium batteries
- Lead-acid batteries
- Installation and connectivity
- Product performance complaints

Complaint Management
- Register and manage complaints in CRM/ERP systems
- Ensure timely closure of service tickets as per TAT
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior techn
