About the Role

As an
Implementation Specialist, you'll own technical customer onboarding from
kickoff to go-live. Every customer stack is different, so you'll understand
existing tracking, implement CustomerLabs, connect data sources and
destinations, validate event flows, and troubleshoot issues until the data
looks right.

What You'll Do

· Audit customer tracking setups including GTM, GA4, Meta Pixel, and
ad-platform pixels.

· Implement CustomerLabs on client websites and configure event
tracking.

· Build server-side event flows for conversions such as signups,
purchases, form fills, and custom events.

· Connect data sources such as CRM and OMS platforms and destinations
such as Meta CAPI, Google Ads, GA4, and TikTok.





· Validate event flows end-to-end and ensure the right parameters
reach every destination.

· Troubleshoot tracking discrepancies, isolate root causes, and
explain technical issues clearly to customers.

· Document implementations and feed recurring issues back to Product
and Support.

· Work with customers in US time zones when required.

Must-Have

· 1–4 years of hands-on tracking implementation on production
websites.

· Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager, including tags, triggers,
variables, dataLayer, and debugging.

· Practical experience with at least one ad-platform integration such
as Meta Pixel/CAPI or Google Ads conversions.

· Comfortable reading and writing small JavaScript snippets and
debugging through browser DevTools.

· Basic understanding of HTTP requests, cookies, APIs, and client-side
vs. server-side events.

· Systematic troubleshooting and strong logical reasoning.

· Transparent written and spoken English for customer-facin
