Job Description
● Focused in revenue generation through Leasing & Sales of Commercial & Retail.
n● Managing leasing transactions from sourcing, inspections, proposals, negotiation, documentation, transaction and registration.
n● Have a valuable connect and coordination internally with all departments from architectural, MEP, legal etc to ensure smooth transactions.
n● Regular interactions with IPC’s, Channel Partners and other brokers across all regions.
n● Nurturing healthy relationship with clients and channel partners.
n● Managing the lease registration along with the legal team and government authorities.
n● Managing the investors of all commercial projects across all projects.
n● Conducting client inspections, execution & closure of deals, and manages end-to-end documentation pertaining to the transaction.
n● Managing leasing & RFPs for the upcoming commercial projects
