About the Role:
As the Faculty In-Charge & Program Coordinator – Student Success (UG Programs) at Mumbai, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless academic delivery, quality assurance,
and student success across undergraduate programs conducted with partner colleges.
This role involves academic coordination, faculty oversight, assessment execution, and compliance with NEP 2020, Outcome-Based Education (OBE), and University/UGC requirements.
You will work closely with academic leadership, faculty, partner institutions, and students to uphold high academic standards and a solid learning experience.
What You'll Do:
● Academic Delivery & Teaching:
○ Deliver assigned UG courses using learner-centric, project-based, and activity-oriented pedagogy.
○ Ensure syllabus completion as per the academic calendar and university/partner college guidelines.
○ Develop and maintain session plans, teaching notes, presentations, assessment briefs, and rubrics.
● Program Coordination & Academic Operations:
○ Coordinate day-to-day academic operations across batches and partner institutions.
○ Act as the academic SPOC for program-related
