Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on professional experience in software development and system architecture .
- Strong command over CS fundamentals : data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis.
- Proficient in at least one OOP language: Java, C++, or C# .
- Experienced in designing and scaling new and existing systems, applying contemporary design patterns and architectural best practices.
- Solid exposure to AWS or cloud environments (preferred).
- Skilled in the full software development life cycle (SDLC) :
- Coding standards,
- Code reviews,
- Source control (e.g., Git),
- CI/CD build processes,
- Testing & operations.
- Adept at problem-solving, analytical thinking , and handling undefined/ambiguous problems .
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical topics.
- Proven track record as a tech lead or mentor , promoting best practices and guiding engineering teams.
- Ability to deliver stretch goals in a high-velocity, innovation-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
