Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain Snowflake data warehouse performance and system health
- Optimize SQL queries , manage job executions, and tune overall warehouse performance
- Troubleshoot data load failures , role-based access issues, and security configurations
- Perform patch management , software upgrades, and enforce security compliance
- Ensure adherence to SLAs for query execution and platform performance
Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience with Snowflake architecture , SQL scripting , and query optimization
- Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as Talend , Matillion , or Alteryx for Snowflake integration
- Solid understanding of access control , role hierarchies , and data security policies
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues in data pipelines and ensure system reliability
