Key Deliverables:
- Oversee payroll processes and ensure compliance with local and international regulations
- Manage employee financial accounting and payroll-related transactions
- Generate and publish payroll status and compliance reports (weekly/monthly)
- Utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting to ensure payroll accuracy
Role Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll for onsite locations (Romania, South Africa, Colombia), ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Maintain and update payroll data with high attention to detail
- Ensure payroll processes are compliant with both internal policies and external regulations
- Generate reports and provide data insights to support decision-making
