Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Develop detailed shutdown and turnaround schedules.
- Perform resource loading, manpower planning, and equipment allocation.
- Monitor project progress and productivity.
- Conduct critical path analysis and identify potential delays.
- Prepare recovery schedules and mitigation plans.
- Generate weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Construction Teams, and Clients.
- Track project KPIs, earned value, and schedule performance.
- Support project cost control and forecasting activities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- Primavera P6 Certification preferred.

Experience
- Minimum 8-12 years of experience in EPC, Shutdown, and Turnaround projects.
- Solid experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery, and Petrochemical facilities.
- Knowledge of Saudi Aramco, SABIC, and major industrial project requirements preferred.
