- Operate, monitor, support, and improve enterprise platforms and services using Progress 4GL, AWS, ITIL, Change Management.n
- Troubleshoot incidents and service issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable corrective and preventive actions.n
- Execute approved configuration, deployment, maintenance, upgrade, patching, and validation activities with appropriate controls.n
- Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, knowledge articles, support evidence, and status updates.n
- Collaborate with application, cloud, network, database, security, and service-management teams to maintain reliability and availability.n

nExpertise You'll Bring:

- Practical administration and production-support experience involving Progress 4GL, AWS, ITIL,



Change Management.n
- Solid understanding of monitoring, incident resolution, change execution, troubleshooting, performance, availability, and operational controls.n
- Ability to follow and improve standard operating procedures, document technical work, and communicate status clearly.n
- Strong analytical, ownership, customer-service, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.n
- Ability to work effectively in structured enterprises support environments and manage priorities responsibly.n
