Studio Manager & Founder's Helping Hand (Hiring + Operations)

Filmito is an AI-powered cinematic video production studio. 9 years in, 900+ five-star reviews, clients in 50+ countries including Sony. We don't shoot on sets. Our editors, AI artists and creators make films and ads with AI and human craft, from Ahmedabad and around the world.

We're a small team of creators in building mode. I'm the founder and creative director, and I need one person who becomes my right hand, builds the team, and makes the studio run without me being in every conversation.

This is not a corporate HR role. This is the person who makes things happen.

What you'll own:
- Talent. Finding excellent editors, AI artists, designers and writers, all the time. Portfolios over CVs, test tasks over interviews.
- The hiring machine. Shortlisting, screening, test tasks, onboarding, so new people are useful in week one.
- The team. Delegate projects to the right person, follow execution, get work delivered on time.
- The system.



Build how work flows here: intake, boards, weekly rhythm, training, feedback. We're creators, we need you to bring the structure.
- The business. Sit next to me on day-to-day operations and help scale this.

Who fits:
- You've built or grown a team before, ideally creative or media.
- You can spot creative talent before anyone else sees it.
- Organised and fast. You close things without being chased.
- You'll tell me when I'm wrong, then commit once we decide.
- No excuses, full ownership.
