n Role: IT Administrator

nRole Summary
nWe are looking for an IT Support / IT Administrator with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in providing day-to-day IT support to users and maintaining IT systems and devices.
nThe role will primarily involve troubleshooting hardware, software, operating system, network, and user-access issues , along with supporting the organization's IT infrastructure and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

nKey Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day technical support to employees for hardware, software, and system-related issues.n
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and other IT devices .n




- Format systems, install and configure Windows OS, applications, drivers, and required software.n
- Diagnose and resolve basic hardware issues and coordinate repairs/replacements when required.n
- Set up and configure laptops, desktops, email accounts, and other IT equipment for new employees.n
- Manage user accounts, passwords, system access, and basic Microsoft 365 administration.n
- Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and network connectivity issues.n
- Support Active Directory and basic Windows Server administration.n
- Maintain IT assets, inventory, documentation, and records of issued devices.n
- Perform system updates, software installations, backups, and basic security checks.n
- Coordinate with vendors/service providers for hardware, networking, and other IT-related issues.n
- Ensure IT issues are tracked and resolved within the required timelines.n
