We Sanmar Matrix Metals Limitied hiring for Melting Supervisor role in Viralimalai Location (Trichy).
nQualification: B.E / B.Tech or Diploma.
nExperience: 4+ years from Steel Foundry industry.

n1. Ensure adherence to the production tonnege target and OTD
n

nReview the daily planning of Core Shop, Moulding, Melting and Pouring team.
nEnsure availability of raw materials for all the teams.
nInteract and direct teams on the daily plan.
nEnsure the adherence of the teams to the plan by planning deprtment.
nEnsure Man hour per ton is maintained as per requirement.
nTrain workers on the procedures and safety practices.
nInspect and ensure the updation of production log by the team.
nCo-ordinate and hadle external audits.

n2. Continuous improvement of process




n

nEnsure all the process adheres to their lead time.
nCo-ordinate with Quality department for quality tests at First stage.
nReview the calibration of equipmnets and maintenance of machines.
nAvoid spillages.
nAnalyse and monitor weights from mouldiung to pouring.
nMaximise usage of returns for melting without affecting the quality.

n3. Rejection Controls
n

nAnalyse the factors (Gaseous effect, shrinkage etc.,) for rejections.
nDirect teams fo reworks and corrective actions for rejections.
nEnsure NIL internal rejections.
