nWhat you'll do

- Lead and optimize Google Ads campaigns for eCommerce clients.n
- Analyze data using tools like Google Analytics, Shopify, Triple Whale, and Northbeam to uncover growth opportunities.n
- Manage budgets, audience targeting, and A/B testing across multiple accounts.n
- Collaborate with creative and CRO teams to improve ad and landing page performance.n
- Stay ahead of PPC trends and proactively test new strategies and tools.n
- Communicate insights, performance, and recommendations clearly to clients.n

- 2+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience, ideally in eCommerce.n
- Strong communication skills — transparent, direct, and kind.n
- Business mindset with a focus on ROI and growth.n
- Skilled with Google Ads, Analytics and attribution tools.n
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely.n
- Passionate about testing, learning, and finding new growth opportunities.n
