Job Profile Summary

/n

Serve as the functional analyst for Workday HCM, supporting Core HCM processes and related configuration across the employee lifecycle.

/n

/n
- Configure and maintain Workday business processes, security, validations, eligibility rules, notifications, and organizational structures to support HR operations and compliance.
/n
- Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective system configurations and process improvements.
/n
- Support day-to-day HCM operations, issue resolution, testing,



and continuous improvement across the Workday HCM landscape.
/n
- Build and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to support HR operations, compliance, and business decision-making.
/n
- Support Prism Analytics use cases, including data loads, transformations, validation, and analytics for workforce reporting needs.
/n
- Ensure data quality, reconciliation, and reporting governance across HCM and Prism datasets.
/n
- Partner with integration and technical teams on data flows impacting HCM processes, reporting, and analytics.
/n
- Support Workday releases, regression testing, feature adoption, and production readiness.
/n
- Provide end-user support, documentation, and training for HCM processes, reporting tools, and analytics solutions.
/n

Required Qualifications

/n

7+ years of experience in the Workday ecosystem, including 4+ years of hands-on experience in Workday HCM configuration and support.
