Customer Care Executive – International Process
Location: Jaipur
Work Mode: Work From Office
Shift: 24x7 Rotational Shifts (10 hours) | 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week-offs
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through inbound calls and chat support.
Resolve customer concerns, issues, and escalations efficiently.
Deliver a positive customer experience while maintaining service quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 12th Pass.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Excellent English communication skills are required.
Must be comfortable working in rotational and night shifts.
Salary & Benefits
CTC: ₹3.24 LPA- ₹3.72 LPA
In-Hand Salary: Approximately ₹22,000- ₹27,500 per month
Performance Linked Incentive (PLI): Approximately ₹1,000-₹2500 per month
