International Real Estate Investment & Partnerships Manager
nLocation: Current Delhi / Pitampura
nWork Mode: Full-time. Work from office preferred; hybrid may be considered for exceptional candidates with strong international real estate exposure.
nExperience: 3–7 years preferred
nCompensation: ₹60,000 – ₹1,20,000 per month, depending on international exposure, communication quality, investment understanding, and fit
nTravel: Planned travel may be required for site visits, developer/broker meetings, market visits, and client/partner coordination.

nWe are not a conventional brokerage, listing platform, legal firm, or backend CRM operation.
nOur work involves evaluating premium real estate opportunities through market understanding, project fundamentals, document discipline, financial logic, partner credibility,



and client suitability.
nNitarya is an early-stage, founder-led startup with a very small core team of 2–3 people. This role is suitable for someone who is comfortable working closely with the founder, taking ownership, handling ambiguity, and building systems from scratch.
nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for an International Real Estate Investment & Partnerships Manager.
nThis role is for someone who has direct exposure to international real estate and can confidently speak with developers, brokers, agents, consultants, and premium clients across markets.
nThis is not a pure Indian real estate sales role. It is also not a legal-only, finance-only, or CRM-only role.
