nWhat Will You Do?
n✅ Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates.
n✅ Understand job requirements and identify the right talent.
n✅ Build and maintain strong, long-term candidate relationships.
n✅ Handle client interactions and conference calls.
n✅ Review applications and assess candidates against position requirements.
n✅ Research new technologies and maintain candidate databases.
n✅ Prepare daily recruitment reports and coordinate with the team manager.
n✅ Support and mentor junior recruiters.

nWhat Are We Looking For?
n✨ Spanish proficiency at B2 level or higher .
