Team Lead – Sr. Backend Developer Experience: 6–10+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Greater Noida | On-Site About the Role We are looking for a Team Lead – Sr. Backend Developer who is both a strong backend engineer and an effective team leader. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the backend development team, guiding technical decisions, reviewing code, solving complex technical challenges, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and with high quality . The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience with Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, REST APIs, and microservices , along with the ability to mentor developers, manage tasks, collaborate with other teams, and take ownership of backend architecture and delivery. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and support a team of backend developers. Assign tasks based on team members' skills, experience, and project priorities. Guide developers in solving technical challenges and improving their coding practices.



Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback. Help team members grow technically through knowledge sharing and mentoring. Take ownership of the team's overall technical performance and productivity. Backend Development & Architecture Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend applications . Work hands-on with Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, REST APIs, and microservices . Make appropriate technical decisions related to backend architecture and system design. Ensure applications are secure, reliable, maintainable, and scalable. Identify and resolve performance, database, and application-level issues. Review and improve existing backend architecture and technical processes.
