US Customer Service Process

Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai

Work Mode: Work From Office

Process: International Chat / Customer Service

️ Working: 5 Days Working | Any 2 Rotational Off

Salary: Up to 50,000 In-Hand

Hike:30–40% on Last Drawn Salary

Eligibility

- HSC / Graduate candidates can apply
- Minimum 1 year of experience in International BPO Voice/ Chat mandatory
- International Voice / Chat / Customer Service experience required
- Excellent English communication skills mandatory
- Candidate must be flexible with 24×7 rotational shifts
- Mostly working hours: 5:30 PM – 11:00 AM(Any 10-hour shift)
- 30 Day Notice Period Accepted

Mandatory Documentation & Profile Requirements

- Previous company employment documents are mandatory
- Candidate must have complete documents to prove previous employment and experience
- UAN verification will be conducted




- Candidates must have a reliable employment profile
- Candidates with frequent employment gaps may not be considered
- Employment history will be verified during the hiring process

Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through chat
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to US customers
- Maintain excellent customer service standards
- Follow process guidelines and quality parameters
- Meet productivity, quality and customer satisfaction targets
- Maintain professional written communication

Candidate Location Boundaries

Western: Churchgate → Bhayandar

Central: CST → Kalyan

Harbour: CST → Panvel
