Description

The School Campus Incharge will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the school, ensuring a safe and productive learning setting for students and staff. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance the educational experience.

Responsibilities

- Oversee the daily operations of the school campus
- Ensure compliance with educational standards and regulations
- Manage the budget and financial resources of the campus
- Coordinate with faculty, staff, and administration to facilitate smooth operations
- Implement and monitor policies and procedures to enhance the learning environment
- Engage with parents and the community to promote the school and its programs
- Develop and lead training programs for staff and teachers




- Monitor student performance and address any issues related to discipline or academic challenges

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Administration, or a related field
- 2-10 years of experience in school administration or management
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of people
- Knowledge of educational policies and regulations in India
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
