Job Description :

PivotRoots, a Havas Company, is looking for an Executive- Content with 2+ years of experience who is passionate about writing and curious about digital marketing. The role involves creating high-quality content for blogs and digital platforms, supporting SEO initiatives, conducting content research, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of content projects.

KeyResponsibilities:

Content & BlogWriting

- Writeclear,engaging,andwell-researchedblogs,articles,websitecontent,and other digital content.

- Createcontentalignedwithbrandtone,audiencerequirements,andbusiness objectives.

- Researchtopics,trends,competitors,andrelevantindustrydevelopmentsto develop content ideas.

- Proofreadandeditcontenttoensureaccuracy,readability,grammar,and consistency.

- Repurposeexistingcontentintodifferentformatswhenrequired.

SEO Writing

- DevelopSEO-friendlycontentusingrelevantkeywordsandsearchintent.

- Conductbasickeywordandtopicresearch.

- Optimisecontentforheadings,keywords,metatitles,metadescriptions, internallinking,andreadability.

- WorkwiththeSEOteamtoimplementcontentrecommendationsandimprove organic visibility.

- StayupdatedonbasicSEOandcontentmarketingtrends.

Project Coordination

- CoordinatewithSEO,design,account,andotherinternalteamsforcontent requirements.

- Maintaincontentcalendars,trackers,andprojecttimelines.

- Followupwithrelevantstakeholderstoensurecontentisdeliveredwithinagreed timelines.

- Managemultiplecontentassignmentswhilemaintainingqualityanddeadlines.

- Supporttheteaminkeepingcontentprojectsorganisedfrombrieftofinal delivery.

Skills & Qualifications:

- 2+yearsofexperienceincontentwriting,digitalmarketing,journalism, communications,



or a related field.

- Strongwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills.

- Excellentgrammar,vocabulary, andproofreadingskills.

- Goodresearchandinformation-gatheringabilities.

- BasicunderstandingofSEOanddigitalmarketing.

- Ability to write for different audiences, industries, and brand voices.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.

- Goodorganisationalandprojectcoordinationskills.

- Comfortableworkingonmultipleassignmentssimultaneously.

- FamiliaritywithtoolssuchasGoogleDocs,GoogleSheets,WordPress, SEMrush/Ahrefs,orsimilarplatformswouldbeanadvantage.
