Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions based on customer requirements.
- Customize and configure Dynamics CRM applications and workflows to enhance user experience.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics CRM issues.
- Integrate Dynamics CRM with other business applications and data sources.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide documentation on system functionality.
Skills and Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development and customization.
- Strong understanding of CRM concepts and best practices.
- Proficient in C#, .NET framework, JavaScript, and SQL Server.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps and Power Automate.
- Knowledge of Dynamics CRM SDK and RESTful APIs for integration purposes.
- Ability to work with data import/export tools and data management best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
