Responsibilities

- Develop and implement school policies and procedures to ensure effective management and operation of the school.
- Oversee the academic programs and ensure alignment with educational standards and regulations.
- Manage budgets, resources, and facilities to enhance the learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and the community to support student achievement and well-being.
- Lead staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation processes.
- Promote a positive school culture that fosters student engagement and success.





Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
