The person in this position will lead architectural and interior design projects from concept to completion, including client meetings, design presentations, and coordination with consultants and contractors. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design schemes, preparing detailed drawings and documentation, reviewing construction progress, and ensuring design intent is maintained throughout the project lifecycle. The role also involves guiding junior team members, overseeing project timelines and deliverables, and contributing to quality control on design output.



The Senior Architect and Interior Designer will support business goals by aligning project execution with firm standards, budgetary constraints, and client expectations.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Architecture and Architectural Design skills, including concept development, space planning, and detailed design documentation.Past Experience of handling high-end / luxury residences and large format Hospitality projects is pre-requisiteThis post isn't for fresh freshers etc please refrain from applying.Apart from the above, candidates should possess solid Project Management skills, with the ability to manage schedules, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communication.Candidates should possess proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and presentation tools.Candidates should possess strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills, with the ability to mentor junior team members and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.Professional degree in Architecture or Interior Design (B.Arch) from an accredited institution, with at least 5-7 years of relevant experience in architectural and interior design practice.Experience managing end-to-end project delivery, familiarity with architectural and interior details and a portfolio demonstrating completed projects are highly beneficial.
