We are a professional services organization dedicated to delivering outstanding results for our clients.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Regional Controller to lead the accounting and financial operations of a portfolio of hotels across the United States. This role requires robust hands-on accounting expertise, leadership capability, client-facing communication skills, and the ability to work effectively during overlapping U.S. Eastern Time hours.Key Responsibilities· Manage 5-8 hotel portfolios and monthly financial close• Review P&L;, Balance Sheet, cash flow, and bank reconciliations· Participate in owner and GM review calls alongside the VP of Operations,



providing financial detail, context,and analysis as needed• Serve as secondary point of contact for property GMs on day-to-day financial questions and reporting matters,escalating to VP of Operations on owner-facing or sensitive mattersSupport budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in coordination with GMs and VP of OperationsLead annual budgets, forecasts, and owner reporting packagesOwn daily, monthly, and annual financial close across all properties using accounting core systemEnsure compliance with U.S. GAAP and franchise reporting requirementsSupport audits, tax filings, insurance, and lender reportingCreate and enforce accounting SOPs and internal controlsMentor Assistant Controllers, Senior Accountants, and Staff AccountantsCoordinate transitions for new hotel acquisitions and openingsAssist with cash management and capital project trackingQualifications5+ years of hospitality accounting experiencePrior Controller, Director of Finance, or similar experience (REQUIRED)Strong understanding of hotel financial reportingExcellent communication and leadership skillsCA, CPA, CMA, MBA Finance, or equivalent preferredWhy Join ProfitFlowFlex· Compensation: ₹8 LPA - ₹11 LPA (CTC), based on qualifications, hospitality experience, and overall fit.Fully remote work arrangement from India.Direct exposure to U.S. hospitality ownership and operations.Significant career development and leadership growth opportunities.Opportunity to build and shape a growing India finance function.High-impact role with visibility to senior leadership and clients.To Apply: [email protected] more company detail: www.ProfitFlowFLex.com
